Refusal to emigrate to Canada.
Sarah Abramovna 12.02.2007, 17:36.
I was denied emigration to Canada. My spouse is a Canadian citizen and lives there, while I was waiting for an interview here in Almaty. In the interview, I experienced a real humiliation when my marriage was recognized (EXPERTS & # 33;) as fictitious. I will not describe my feelings here, I do not have the strength, and I do not want to experience all this horror again. The only thing I was told there - my husband can file an appeal, and for my part I can not do anything. The husband packs suitcases and is going here.

interesting, but did they provide some justification for their opinion of these experts?

You - to the sponsor of this section, Comrade Jefferson and Co.
At the same time there will be a clear example of the effectiveness of your money (and they will take them from you).

How did they recognize your marriage as fictitious? "
Regarding my interview, I can say that everything went VERY fast - about 10-15 minutes. During this time the officer did not look at the photos or everything else concerning the relationship. The feeling was that the answer was put in advance. I asked several questions, mainly concerning my husband's finances. The refusal was motivated by the fact that I did not give her my wife's phone number by heart. Personally, I do not know the phone numbers of parents and best friends by heart, just because there is no need to remember them - the phone is always at hand. Such explanations did not affect the "Expert of Human Souls" after which the blinds were closed before me (this is also done through the glass) and said "you are denied." all the best & quot ;.

Something else happened in these 10-15 minutes, which is modestly silent, or in 10-15 minutes you could not call the ill-fated phone? Most likely this was the & quot; last drop & quot; , after which, referring to the ignorance of the number, you closed the border, you dropped the blinds. Why her husband was not on the line? And what he packs suitcases, if he has to appeal at this time in Canada, and not to rush and the KZ for it is not clear what the hell? & # 33; The consular decision does not have retroactive effect and is resolved only by judicial procedure. Look for a lawyer, Here you are already on the kindness Jefferson was advised.

p.s. IMHO, from this your process also had to start.
I unfortunately do not know the details, but your husband (whether before, or at the time) filing a jade can get a printout of the entire inertia, which makes it easier to infer the reasons for the refusal. Start with this.
Complaining, this is an unnecessary and useless movement. Imm. The officer fulfilled his official duty and allowed the applicants to prove their close marital ties in court. The court in turn will consider this incident after appealing (possibly in a limited period of time after the failure of the IM officer) and then the judge will receive an interview file and possibly take down the request of the lawyer and give a copy of the transcript (a similar request of the husband, most likely the judge will ignore ).

I apologize for not accurate wording, and I meant a legal complaint, an appeal, and not a complaint against the officer.

Then everything is correct, though as my insanity tells me, a complaint is a pritenzia on someone's action or inaction, and a judicial appeal against a decision below a standing instance is an appeal. Well, that's the terminology, just to keep it warm and soft.

Where was the marriage concluded? How long have you lived together and where? How long he lived without you, etc.
On this you can build some assumptions.

Well, adding information would not hurt.

Once you know all this, will you immediately give her an entry visa (to Canada)?
Or begin to collect signatures and pickets to build under the windows of the Canadian Embassy?
I'll picture a picture like this (this is the fruit of my inflamed imagination):
1. in the interview were submitted joint photos, including wedding cards.
2. Elected e-mails to each other and huge bills for the use of long-distance telephones were also presented; they talked to each other no less than 2 hours a day (mlm, say, 40-50 hours per month). The sums are astronomical. And the phone numbers in the accounts are not the same. The question is: "By what phone number did you call your husband?" There was no answer. Why?

You are not alone in your goljutsinatsiyah, there are at least two more (one of them successfully turned out to be an officer from the consulate).
