For a normal life, I would choose not the Ustetzky and the Moravskoslezsky Region and not most of the borderland as a whole. Without Prague, its suburbs (such as Rychany or Brandys, and without ski resorts, most of the regional centers of Liberec, Brno, Ceske Budejovice, Karlovy Vary, Hradec Kralove, Pilsen, Zlin. Smaller - Jablonec, Mlada Boleslav, Pisek, Nachod, Beroun, Melnik, Podebrady, Turnov, Roznov pod Radhostem, Dv -r Kralove nad Labem.
But it is subjective, the main objective criteria - to understand what you will be doing here, and still avoid the most depressive areas, such as the same Bridge.

Only from the permanent residence the question is not right.
First employment, then permanent residence. If interesting, I can write in a personal. And it will look like advertising.

from the district people come to work. Firms slowly began to buy apartments for employees, while the best offers.
In the city there are several disadvantaged gypsy areas. While there are no new development projects, but the plots are in the center.
prices went up by 40%. Plus, Volhynian Czechs are distributed here from Ukraine, providing them with housing. Another three or four.
One year ago here in the Roma district there were two-room apartments of 6-8 thousand euros.

Only if your house has a centralized supply of heat, it is paid depending on the house on personal accounting devices and at a house-building share in the proportion of 30/70 to 50/50. If personal devices are not installed, then everything is sad and will have to pay for the neighbor.

2. The tax is paid on income. In the case of rental income is the amount received from the rent minus utility costs and property tax?
3. Is there a minimum amount of income that is not taxable? (saw the amount or 15 000 CZK or 24 000 kroons). Is it applied to non-residents?
4. Do I need to file a declaration if the income is less than the minimum amount?
5. Is there a link, you can in Czech.

2. The real estate tax does not reduce the taxable base. Kommunalka - reduces, but if you do not declare a communal, you can simply reduce the taxable base by 30%.
3. For non-residents - no.

It's unprofitable. Now such apartments are rented from 5 to 9 thousand crowns. Taxes, commissions and utilities reduce profit to a minimum.

Prodej bytu 1 + kk 23 m
Stitneho, Praha 3 - Zizkov.
Prodej bytu 1 + kk 33 m

This is what concerns renting: Pronajem bytu 1 + 1 34 m

Sell and rent as anyone wants. If you take for 2 500 000 kroons, really, on a fast, you can pass in the "long" for 10 000 kroons clean.
If not a resident, pay tax in Russia. If the resident, 15% income, who with a good accountant, after all possible deductions and write-offs, is 0 for payment.
If not a resident, you can count on 60% of the bank at 3-3.5 per annum.
Introductory is, consider.

Himself bought an apartment in Prague, for about 2500 million crowns.
I rent 10,000 kroons minus the communal area, on the hands of about 6-7 thousand crowns. Live visitors from Russia and Ukraine, respectively, the contract itself is not well, and taxes, too, no. Mortgage 3.2% per annum, approved 65% of the value of real estate.
By and large, I would not now invest in housing in the Czech Republic because of the exchange rate of the kroon and its ratio to the ruble. Moreover, now the property has grown in price. For me, a more reasonable investment with a stable income turned out to be strange in Moscow. First, it is easier to control, and secondly, the income is higher in relation to Prague. But everyone is free to choose.

Many factors are not taken into account. And if you poke into the curator, Prague will be in clear priority.
Firstly: with the growth of property prices in the last year of 20-35%, the rental price rises, the profitability of 5-7% per annum.
I do not know this & quot; organizations & quot; where there is such profitability. And I do not know when your apartments are bought, how many rooms, district, etc. Today 6-7 tkron is a room in a multi-room apartment, and 3-4 tkron place in the room. It is clear that such a rapid growth in real estate, can not be eternal, but profitability will always be. (I hope. **)
If you do not leave Russia, and do not tie the ruble to relatively stable currencies, you can invest in "Kukuyevo", enough to feed. But then it is not clear why everyone withdraws capital from Russia. As though with it did not struggle.
To send a hundred euros is not realistic. A lot of papers and questions. The iron curtain did not disappear into the past.
And in the end, our valorous state, again find a way to squeeze money from the population. Not the first, and unfortunately, not the last time.
I have a big doubt as to whether the comrade has any declared apartments at all, which are surrendered without an agreement, and it is painfully cheap.
