Quito, the capital of Ecuador, was founded in the XVI century on the ruins of the city of the Incas, is located at an altitude of 2,800 m. Despite the earthquake of 1917, the city has the most well-preserved and least altered historical center in Latin America. After an hour and a half walking tour, exploring the Old City, you will understand why Quito was the first city in the world to be included in the list of UNESCO's cultural heritage.

A trip to the town of Mitad del Mundo to the monument of the geodesic expedition of 1736, which established that it is here that the equator line passes. Breakfast in the hotel. The day begins with a trip from Riobamba to Alawi. Along the way, we will make several stops, including visiting the church of Balbaner (the oldest in the country). About 11 o'clock in the morning we will arrive to the town of Alausi, from where we continue the journey on a tourist train to the famous mountain & laquo; The Devil's Nose & raquo; through the majestic scenery of the Andy mountain range. The train descends from the town of Alausi, which is at an altitude of 2340 m, to the Sibambe station at an altitude of 1,816 m along zigzag pathways, which represent the most complex structure of the railway tracks in the world. Modern cars have panoramic windows with comfortable seating for rest and folding tables. After about 3 hours we arrive back to Alausi.
Continuation of the path to the ruins of Ingapirka & ndash; this is the largest and most important archaeological complex of the Inca empire in Ecuador, whose ruins date back to the 15th and 16th centuries of our era. Breakfast. Tour of the most beautiful city of Ecuador, declared by UNESCO the cultural heritage of mankind in 1999 because of its architectural colonial wealth. Cuenca is famous for its paved paths, houses with balconies, squares, Indian markets with handicrafts. Excursion in the National Park of Cajas and the relocation of Guayaquil.
The Kahas National Park is located 30 km west of the city of Cuenca, the park has more than 250 small lakes. Kahas is home to a large number of endemic and endangered animal species.
Cajas National Park & ndash; It is a beautiful desert with valleys, lakes and ecosystem cliffs "paramos". The soil is covered with a thick layer of grass and a large number of plants shaped like pillows, which play an important role, being real water reservoirs on the ground.
The highest point, called the "Three Crosses", can be reached by road; this place is also a watershed: some rivers flow into the Pacific Ocean, while others flow to the Atlantic Ocean. Further we will go to the city of Guayaquil (3.5 hours drive). City tour: the first stop will be made on the Administrative Square, next to which is the Seminario Park, also known as Iguan Park. Next, we will go to the picturesque promenade of Malecon-2000, we will pass along the important historical monuments of the city, starting from the Tower of Morisca, we will visit the statues of Simon Bolivar and San Martin. Very early in the morning (at 05:00 - 05:30) & mdash; departure from the hotel by bus to the Itabaka Canal and sailing on a pleasure yacht for the whole day to the unique corner of the Earth with beautiful white sandy beaches, an extraterrestrial environment, a sea with crystal clear water and many animals. ISLAND SEYMOUR AND BEACHES BACHAS.
This excursion starts at 8 o'clock in the morning with a bus ride to the yacht in the Itabaka Canal and sailing for one hour to the North Seymour Island. Exit to the stony shore near a small forest with gray and silvery Palo Santo trees that stand without leaves for most of the year. The island is famous for large colonies of different kinds of birds. Especially memorable males frigates with red goiter to attract females during the mating season and the famous gannets with blue paws & mdash; sea birds with a wedge-shaped tail and long pointed wings. Afternoon rest on the beaches of Bachas on the north coast of the island of Santa Cruz. The lagoon behind the beaches is often visited by flamingos. ISLAND PLAZA AND CAPE CARRION.
Departure from the hotel at 08:00 north to the Itabaka Canal and further on the yacht to the island of South Plaza (an hour and a half). A unique landscape: the huge Opuntia cacti with a height of up to 5 meters and the leafless trees of Palo Santo are scattered all over the island. In the coastal cliffs there are gannets with blue paws, sea gulls, tropical birds and petrels. It is not possible to go ashore, but in the bay there is a picturesque lagoon with calm clear waters & mdash; Ideal place for snorkeling with playful sea lions, sea iguanas, green sea turtles, as well as different types of stingrays. Return aboard and transfer to the beach of Garrapatero on the west coast of the island of Santa Cruz with beautiful white sand and turquoise water. TOUR TO BOUHTO PUERTO AYORA.
