The cost of our services is 3% of the value of the property, a minimum of 1000 euros. We also provide the following services:
Services for the legalization of real estate. Services for work with the land plot - unification, land surveying, changing the purpose of the land type.
Expenses for registration of purchase of real estate.
Certification of the contract of sale from a notary - from 150 euros (for a house worth 10,000 euros). The contract at the notary is signed in the presence of a court interpreter, the interpreter costs 50 euros.
The state fee for the registration of a new property owner in the cadastre is 50 euros.
One-time tax for the purchase of real estate - 2.5% of the value of real estate.
The annual property tax is calculated as follows. Calculate the taxable base, based on the area of real estate, multiplied by the average cost of m2. The average cost of a m2 depends on the location of the property and the old age of the property. From the received taxable base the tax to 0,4% from base is estimated. For example, the tax on the house of 100 m2 by the age of 30 years in the III zone of the New Garden will amount to 112 euros / year, and in the V zone will be 35 euro / year. In small towns for a house of 160 m2 in the suburbs, the tax will be 10-15 euros / year.
